For over three decades, Vacation Resorts International (VRI) has been providing professional management services to resorts, hotels and condominiums. Through cost-conscious, service-oriented management, VRI has helped many resort properties become highly requested vacation destinations in the United States.

With the beginning of Four Seasons Investment Company in 1964 and its subsequent merger into Vacation Resorts International, VRI has continually been under the guiding hand of its founder, Roy I. Fraser.

As Chairman/CEO, Mr. Fraser has directed VRI's impressive growth to include over 160 associations in 26 states, along with Mexico and Canada, making it the largest independent Timeshare Management Company in the industry.

When Vacation Resorts International opened its doors, the vacation ownership concept was in its infancy; today, VRI proudly stands as an industry leader.

One of VRI's success secrets lies with the team spirit of its professional management staff. Working closely with the resorts' Board of Directors, it is under their direction that each resort takes on its own "personality" with respect to amenities, décor and staffing. While "Perfecting the Art of Hospitality" is VRI's motto, striving to provide superior service through "one-to-one" communication is what service is all about.
